It's almost the weeeeeekend guys!
Today's post is quite an exciting and interesting one for me and it could be for you as well after reading.
So let's start with what went down last weekend! The GTBankFashion Weekend! Of all the event I attended over the weekend, The GTBank Fashion Weekend was the most memorable .
I had thought the Lagos Fashion and design Week was the peak for fashion events in Lagos but I was very wrong. The Gtbank Fashion weekend was a combination of glamour, glitz, art, sophistication, beauty, style and everything in between.
It was a really great experience. And each day of the two days was special in it's on way. After each show came the fireworks . There was the runway show with local and international designers wowing us with spectacular designs, my fav was David Tlale's (as seen below). The stage was so magnificent. I really should stop talking about it since this post isn't not for the gtbank fashion weekend.
So I'll move swiftly top other matters like the Jack Daniel's Brothers of the Grill which had really dope performances by the way, My major highlight of the night was Mr Eazi's performance. I was able to convince myself that night that I am a huge fan of Mr Eazi and guess what he's performing at the Life is Eazi concert by the end of the year. That's something to look forward to by the end of the year.
I would not be able to put up pictures from the event as I lost all of them. which is another long story for another time.
Lastly, I am starting a new series on the blog called the weekend style inspiration where we pick a look or two as style inspiration every weekend, Saturday especially. So look out for that this Saturday! yaaay!
Anyway, here are the major happenings in Lagos presently, you should jump on my social media page so you don't miss any of my weekend experience which I would be sharing.
